  • Children's Health

Each child is different and the support I provide families is completely bespoke. You might want a few sessions to help with fussy eating or establishing healthier family food habits, or you could be facing more complex concerns such as persistent eczema, digestive issues, or challenges associated with ADHD or autism.

Alongside my wider nutritional therapy practice, I have extensive experience supporting children and families with a wide range of paediatric health concerns. I have also undertaken additional training in ARFID and work with children who have very selective or restrictive eating patterns.

For this reason, there are no set packages and I encourage families to contact me for an informal chat to discuss options that work best for your child.

Initial consultation (up to 1.5 hours) – £250
    Follow-up consultation (up to 1 hour) – £165

  • Pregnancy Loss

From personal experience, I have seen the power that nutrition had within my own journey through baby loss. This applies whether you are weeks, months or years post-loss.

There are no packages assigned to this as I generally want to be as accessible as possible to any woman who feels she would benefit from my support. So please get in touch to discuss options with the reassurance of dealing with someone who understands.

Jess Oldfield
Professional Nutritionist/Nutritional Therpaist

Something I seem to always be able to do is relate. I relate if you're a busy mum, I relate if you're stressed living in the city, I relate if you're isolated and feel alone. I like to feel I’m pretty relatable, be that from personal experience or from personality. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories and now have the pleasure of being able to help friends and sometimes strangers through the power of nutrition.
