There are two packages available STARTER PACKAGE This includes one initial 90-minute consultation followed by two 45-minute follow-up consultations. This is a great start to get you going on your journey. Cost £360 DEEP DIVE 12-WEEK PACKAGE This includes one initial 90-minute consultation followed by fortnightly 30-45-minute follow-up consultations. Additional email support is also included. To see real change we really need a minimum of 3 months. So if you’re ready to take control with the reassurance of additional support and contact throughout, this is the package for you. Cost £615

       FertilityWhen looking at addressing fertility issues we need a minimum of 3 months for any positive change you make to affect egg and sperm quality. So for this reason packages are available at a 12-week minimum with added email support. I know that those 2 am burning questions come up a lot when trying for a baby. There are two packages available SINGLE PACKAGE This includes one initial 90-minute consultation followed by fortnightly 30-45-minute follow-up consultations. Additional email support is also included. Cost £690 COUPLES PACKAGE This includes one initial 120-minute consultation followed by fortnightly 45-minute follow-up consultations.        Children's HealthEach child is different and the support I provide families is completely bespoke. You might want a few sessions to get your family on track with healthy eating or fussy toddlers, or you could be battling more complex conditions like hard-to-treat eczema or distressing symptoms associated with ADD, ADHD or Autism. For this reason, there are no set packages and I encourage families to contact me for an informal chat to discuss options that work for you.
