1:1 nutritional therapy offers personalised guidance to help individuals reach their health goals. The process starts with a comprehensive assessment of current habits, lifestyle, and health concerns. Clients receive a customised nutrition plan tailored to their needs, preferences, and any dietary restrictions. Sessions cover meal planning, mindful eating, macronutrient balance, and nutrient roles in health. The goal is to empower individuals to make informed choices about their diet and lifestyle, leading to improved well-being and a positive relationship with food.
